Dear Friend,

Thank you for taking time to check out our profile! Even if you do not decide to place your child with us, we pray that you will find the right family for you and your baby. We know this is probably not an easy decision for you, which is why we want you to know we believe the decision you are making is very good and honorable. As you look through this short profile, we hope you get a sense of who we are and what our family is like.

We met when Holly was in college and Adam was in seminary. From our very first date, we had a feeling we were starting something special. After a year and a half of dating and engagement, we were married on a beautiful summer day. Our marriage has only gotten better from there! We are best friends who have fun, laugh, and love life together. Two years after we were married, our daughter, Piper, was born. She is a sweet, sensitive, kind, creative little girl with a great sense of humor. Piper cannot wait to be a big sister.

Even before we were married, we talked about adopting a baby one day. We feel like now is the right time and are praying for God to bless us with the right child. Holly is a stay-at-home mom who specializes in cooking great meals, making every day activities fun, and making our house a home. She loves to read, exercise, and spend time with friends and family. Adam’s favorite thing is to be a dad. He loves to play and joke around. Adam is the pastor of our church and has a heart for helping every person to see how much God loves them.

Both our families are wonderful and cannot wait to embrace another baby. Holly is the oldest of five kids and Adam is the oldest of three. Piper already has four cousins with more on the way. Our parents are some of the best parents and, now, grandparents you will ever find. They are loving, generous, fun, and a great support system for our family. Holly’s entire family lives in the area, so we spend a lot of time with them. We also have an incredible group of friends from our church with children of their own. There’s always a big group of friends to play with.

Our home is on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood. We have sidewalks to color and ride bikes on, we can walk to several parks, and we play on the swing set in our backyard. The last member of our family is our dog, Colbie. She is a gentle two-year-old boxer-mix. Colbie is a smart dog and great with babies.

We promise to always love the child you give us to adopt as our own. There will be nothing different between him or her and our daughter, Piper, in how we love them, comfort them, or parent them. We promise to provide for all of our children and make sure their needs are met. As a Christian family, it is important to us that we teach our children to love God because He loves every person. We also believe it is important to teach kids to serve others, be generous, and value learning. We have been praying for you and are committed to having a good relationship with you as we share a love for our child. Like any relationship, ours will grow over time. May God bless you as you make this very important decision.
