Dear Birthmother and Father,

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us and considering us for the amazing gift of being the adoptive parents of your child. Though we cannot begin to imagine how difficult this decision is for you, we believe God will guide you through this experience.

We are Adam and Kristin and have been married for 5 years. Shortly after our wedding, we started trying for a family but after several years of infertility we knew that God had a different plan for us. Confiding with Kristin's mother, who herself was adopted; we realized that adoption was the path God has set for us. This journey, although challenging at times, has brought us closer together then we ever thought possible. We both come from close and loving families.

About Adam by Kristin:
Adam is loving, supportive, fun to be with, and always goes the extra mile to put a smile on someone's face whether at work or home. Adam has always been there for me, through the tough times and the good times. He is very patient; he takes time to do handy little things around the house, paying close attention to detail.

Adam especially loves working on his 1965 Mustang and going for cruises listening to the oldies. He enjoys washing his Mustang while listening to one of his favorite bands, The Beach Boys. He likes playing golf, working on projects around the house, gardening, and going for walks with our dog Justice.

Adam also loves to learn new things, including how to bake! His specialties are chocolate chip cookies, lemon bars and fudge.

About Kristin by Adam:
Kristin is the most giving and loving person I have ever met. Above all, she always puts her family and friends first. Kristin is a very strong person and would rather be in pain herself than see a loved one in pain. If Kristin could, she would pull the sun out of the sky just to brighten up someone's day.

Kristin loves babysitting our nieces and lights up with joy and happiness when she sees them.

Kristin loves to cook; no matter if it's something simple or complex, she is always up for the challenge and always comes through with a wonderful meal for us. Her favorites include Filipino chicken, stuffed pasta shells, beef and pork roast, and tacos. She loves the food channel and always experiments with different ethnic recipes.

Our Families:
We are very close with our families and enjoy spending time with them. Kristin's family all lives within a short driving distance from our house. We often get together with them for golfing adventures and cookouts. One of our favorite things to do is to visit our nieces who are both under the age of 2. Although Adam's family lives in Chicago, he keeps in touch with them daily. His family makes monthly visits to their summer home here in Wisconsin which has a river in the backyard. We both enjoy boating and fishing on the river with them. Several times a year we head down to Chicago for barbecues and holidays.

Our Home:
We live in a cozy two-bedroom home with a large backyard that is filled with flowers, trees, and lilac bushes that line our property that smell delightful in the spring. Our neighborhood has great mixture of different age group families. We are only blocks away from the grade school, park and Lake Michigan.

We have a loving seven-year-old black Labrador named Justice and she loves going for car rides, walks, and swimming at the beach down the street from our house. Coconut is our 7 year old cat that is friendly and loves hanging out with her buddy Justice.
