We want to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing life for your baby and tell you we admire and respect the decisions you are making. We can only imagine the difficult decisions you have to make and we want you to know we are praying for you and your baby daily. As you look through our profile, we hope that you will be able to get a glimpse of our family and see how much love we have to give another child.

Our Story: During May of 2003 Adam’s sister set the two of us up on a blind date. We knew very quickly that we were meant to be together forever. After dating for 5 months we were engaged and 4 months after that we were married. It was easy to see that we were meant to spend our lives together. We were raised in similar ways and we share the same morals and beliefs. After we had been married for a little over a year we decided we were ready to start our family. During March of 2006 our son, AJ was born. Due to Heidi’s difficult pregnancy and delivery, the doctors told us that it would be high risk for Heidi to become pregnant again. We decided that it was not worth the risk when there were other options. We feel that God has planned all along for us to expand our family through adoption and we are very excited for the day we can bring a baby home.

About Adam: I am currently 31 years old. My parents have been married for over 32 years. They raised me and my younger sister in a Christian home where we always knew we were loved. From a young age I was involved in 4-H and FFA, and helping my Dad on the farm. I have always enjoyed being around the farm and I continue to help on the farm in my spare time today. Being a father has been such a wonderful experience. AJ and I really enjoy our time together and I am looking forward to sharing those same experiences and making new memories with another child.

About Heidi: I am currently 30 years old. I was born to very loving parents and was raised in a Christian home. My parents have been married for over 31 years. I am an only child. I grew up very close to my parents and grandparents. I have so many happy memories of my childhood. I have always enjoyed being around children. From the time I was in middle school I started babysitting for numerous families. I continue being around other children today when I volunteer in our church nursery. I absolutely love being a mother. I treasure every moment and experience we have. I am very much looking with excitement to the day that I have another little one to call me Mommy.

About AJ : AJ was born in 2006. He is a very happy, loving and caring child. Both sets of our parents absolutely love being grandparents. AJ enjoys spending lots of time with his grandparents. Some of AJ’s favorite things to do are to go to the park, ride his bike, play on the farm, and take swimming lessons. AJ loves to be around other kids and is very excited to become a big brother.

Our Home, Family, and Church: Our new home was built on the edge of the family farm. We built a new home to have plenty of space to prepare for the day our family grows. We live on the edge of town, so we have all the conveniences of town but have plenty of space for kids to play outside and explore. As a family we love to spend time together. Some of our favorite activities include playing outside, going for ice cream, and cooking together. We have a very close-knit family; we truly enjoy spending time with them. We also live very close to our parents and our extended family. Most of our family even lives in the same town that we do. Everyone is very excited for the day we have another baby to welcome into the family. Both of our families have been members of our church for over 20 years. Our church is only a few minutes from our home. It has a welcoming membership and great activities for children. AJ loves to go to Children’s Church and he is learning so much. We believe it is very important to raise children in a home that shows God’s love for us daily. We promise to always lead by example and raise our kids in a Christian home.
